I'm always looking out for good, healthy foods. Here's a new one for me. Tumeric. It's the "yellow" ingredient in curry. It's a spice that's really nice! I like my curry...once a month, but even before watching the link below (it's an article and video) I try adding tumeric to other dishes--just a dash here and there. My favorite is adding this spice to scrambled eggs! It's really good! And now I know, it's really good for me^^ It's another inexpensive way to help my body stay A-okay!!
